O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to conduct the enquiry and alter the entries in respect of patta Nos.3842, 2951, 2950, 3760, 2174, 2153, 3843, 3619,1255, 2029, 1253, 2173, 2956, 3625, 3737 by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 19.09.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.According to the Petitioner, the properties covered by the above mentioned pattas belong to his family and the same was in possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner's father Rasa Gounder 2/6

and paternal uncle Manickam. After the death of the Petitioner's father and paternal uncle, heirs of Petitioner's father and paternal uncle without informing the Petitioner got the revenue documents mutated in their favour. Aggrieved by the same, the Petitioner submitted the instant representation on 19.09.2022 before the official respondents seeking inclusion of the names of all the heirs of the Petitioner's father and paternal uncle. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who appears for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 19.09.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, respondents 4 to 6 and all the legal heirs of Petitioner's father Rasa Gounder and Petitioner's paternal uncle Manickam, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
