This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.4 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistate No.II, Dindigul and to quash the same.

2. The petitioners herein are the accused nos.6 to 8 in P.R.C.No.4 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistate No.II, Dindigul.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State represented that the said P.R.C.No.4 of 2013 was committed to the Court of Sessions and subsequently the same was assigned with case number as S.C.No.83 of 2018.
