O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 07.06.2024 in W.P(MD)No. 11981 of 2024 in true letter and spirit.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order of the court is complied with and a cheque dated 18.04.2025 bearing No.91344 drawn in Indian Overseas Bank in the name of the petitioner for a sum of Rs.4,76,000/- is handed over to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

4. In view of the same, in our considered opinion, no further adjudication is required.
