To direct the 1st respondent to Freeze/Suspend the login credentials of the Petitioner Society granted to the Respondents 2 to 6 pending disposal of the above Contempt Petition.

To initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents 1 to 6 herein and punish the Respondents 1 to 6 for willful disobedience of the order of an interim injunction of this Hon'ble Court in WP(MD) No.16759 of 2023 dated 24.08.2023. Prayer in WP(MD). 16759/ 2023 :
Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to revoke or cancel the present Login Credentials of the Petitioner Society in MSCS Portal/website (https. //mscs.dac.gov.in) granted to the respondents 2 to 6 and consequently delete or remove all the fraudulent and fake Annual Reports, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account, list of Board of Directors and Office Bearers and other matters pertaining to the Great Lakes Multi State Cooperative Housing Society that fraudulently uploaded by the respondents 2 to 6 in the Website of MSCS portal (https.//mscs.dac.gov.in) and grant new login credentials to the Petitioner society by considering the representations dated 15.07.2023 and 16.05.2023.
ORDER : This sub application coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.A.ROBINSON, Advocate for the petitioner in both SUB A's and of MR.R.PONKARTHIKEYAN, Central Government Standing Counsel on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Mr.R.ARAVIND RAJ, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 and of Mr.M.MAHABOOB ATHIFF, Advocae on behalf of the Respondent No.5, the court made the following order:- These Sub Applications have been filed to freeze account of the Society. 2.The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that this Court has ordered to freeze the account of the Society and in the yet another writ petitions in W.P.(MD)Nos.25037 & 25038 of 2023, this Court by an order dated 09.05.
aside the election results and also restored the earlier position. In view of the subsequent development, there is no necessity for freezing the account as on date. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, these sub applications are closed.
