ORDER
This petition has been filed to punish the respondents/contemnors for willful disobedience to the order dated 29.12.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21141 of 2021.
2.According to the petitioner, the prayer is to give police protection, which has not been addressed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's grievances is addressed, as per the direction of this Court and hence, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent and he also produced the report before this Court.
4.This Court perused the report filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the same is as follows:

5. From the above extraction, it is clear that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent and this Court finds no default committed on the part of the respondent police.
