Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to conclude the enquiry in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/2009/2024 against illegal quarrying of the fourth respondent within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court after affording opportunities to the parties interested and concerned. 1/4

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to conclude the enquiry in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/2009/2024 against illegal quarrying of the fourth respondent after affording an opportunities to the interested parties.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/2009/2024 based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the fourth respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
