ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2024 with regard to the grant of police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner family members during their stay in the properties situated in Survey No. 254/4, 254/5, 253/5, 272/2, 416, 417/3 and 420/1 situated in Mandavadi Village, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District as expeditiously as possible within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 16.11.2024, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending in Current Paper No.N.Dis/G3/3298/30337/2024 and summons have been sent to the rival parties to appear for enquiry on 02.12.2024.

4. In view of the same, respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner along with the rival parties on 02.12.2024 and conclude the same within a period of two months from the date or receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
