O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that though the order has been complied with, the arrears of salary are yet to be paid.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents immediately submitted that, the said exercise could be carried out only on receipt of the proposal from the school concerned.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner categorically stated that the proposal has already been sent. 2/4

4. If such a proposal has been received, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
