This petition has been filed to quash the entire proceedings in S.C.No.134 of 2013, pending on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy.

2. The petitioner herein is the sole accused in S.C.No.134 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy. He filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the above said case and to quash the same as illegal.
