2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and final report also filed before the concerned Court. He would further submit that in respect of the specific summon to the petitioner, did not co-operate. Since final report is filed before the concerned Court, let the petitioner pursue his remedy as per law. 3.In view of the above said submissions and directions, this contempt petition stands closed.
