2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit the respondents would not interfere with any lawful activities. However, they conducted a search of the premises to ascertain whether there were any unlawful activities. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ as prayed for cannot be issued.
