This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD). No.10678 of 2023, dated 26.07.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11662 of 2023, dated 30.06.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, police. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is hereby fully relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
