date of receipt of a copy of this order and the requisition letter Submitted by the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, vide letter dated 24-012025 D.No.75/2025, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.56 of 2023 pending on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram.

2.The learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, sent a letter, dated 24.01.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.56 of 2023 pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 21.11.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the case in Spl.S.C.No.56 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
