ORDER

The petitioner is unable to cite any provision of law in support of his claim. A learned Judge of this Court vide order dated 11.04.2023 in W.P.No.10949 of 2023 had held that a Tahsildar has no power to issue certificate stating that two names refer to one and the same person. I am inclined to adopt the very same approach in this case also. 2.This Writ Petition is dismissed.
