ORDER

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.64 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Tirunelveli and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.200 of 2025 and that nothing survives for further adjudication.
