By order, dated 13.12.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Now, the Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1911 dated 26.08.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the Order, dated 13.12.2024.

3.Considering the request made by the Learned Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai, time is extended further for a period of three months.
