Prayer in Crl OP(MD) No. 17909/2024 :- This Petition is filed under section 528 of BNSS, 2023 to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act Ramanathapuram to accept the petitioners surrender in connection with the case in Crime No.137 of 2024 on the file of the Second respondent and consider their bail applications on the very same day in accordance with law. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.Vishnuram, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.K.Sanjai Gandghi, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondents one and two, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Ramanathapuram as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17909 of 2024.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
