ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 64 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 64 days, however, on payment of costs.
