ORDER

This Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.190 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police. 1/4

2. The crux of the case is that on 31.08.2023, at 09.30 hours, the Accused No.1 has caused damage to the CCTV camera on the instigation of Accused Nos. 2 and 3. Further, the Accused Nos. 2 and 3 were trying to outrage the modesty of the defacto complaint. Hence, the case was registered.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. On perusal of the records, this Court satisfy with the ingredients of the offence and the same is required to be investigated by the police officer. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to file a petition, after filing final report, if so advised.
