This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide protection to the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 4 to 11 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2022 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there existed property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 11.

4. Admittedly, there is no enforceable decree or order from the competent civil Court and as such, the granting of police protection does not arise at all. As of now, leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 25.01.2023 NCC :
