The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 25.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.5234 of 2024.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that against the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.5234 of 2024 dated 25.04.2024, the University has filed writ appeal in W.A.(MD).Nos.2517 to 2522 of 2024. The Honourable Division Bench of this Court has granted interim orders in the said writ appeal on 11.12.2024.
