PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's request letter, dated 11.07.2023, for accepting the voluntary retirement of the petitioner and consequently, to direct the respondents to pay the terminal benefits together with 12% interest from 11.07.2023 including eligible monthly pension from the 1st respondent. O R D E R

The present writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and to pay the terminal benefits based on the voluntary retirement.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's request letter, dated 11.07.2023 and pass orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
