ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to expedite the investigation and to file and final report in Crime No.735 of 2022, pending on the file of the second respondent Police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, investigation is pending. He would further submit that two months time may be granted for filing a final report before the jurisdictional Court. 3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.735 of 2022 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
