ORDER

This petition has been filed to directing the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam to Complete the Trial in C.C.No.72 of 2010 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent filed a private complaint against the petitioners and on another for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 294(b) and 355 IPC r/w Section 2 of Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act. I tis furtehr submitted that except A16, other accused have been regularly appearing before the trial court. Despite the same, the case is being adjourned, which causes due hardship. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above submission, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned Magistrate shall split up the case since 16th accused is not secured.
