ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by an Assistant Warden working in the third respondent School challenging his order of suspension dated 20.11.2024.

2.A perusal of the suspension order reveals that it has been passed by the respondents 2 and 3 herein.

3.The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the Bishop who is the manager of the Educational Institution has decided to conduct an enquiry and resolve the issue. He seeks two weeks time for completion of the enquiry. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees for such a resolution. 5.Considering the above said facts, the respondents 1 to 3 herein are directed to resolve the issue within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
