PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the Petitioner and her family members from the respondents 4 to 9 by considering petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2022 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the Petitioner and her family members from the respondents 4 to 9 by considering petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that despite lodging of the complaints, the respondent police are not taking action against the fourth respondent and that at the instance of the petitioner's husband and relatives, two FIRs came to be registered against the private respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that one FIR came to be registered against the petitioner and her husband and that the petitioner's husband was history sheeted person. He would further submit that the petitioner's family and the private respondents have been lodging complaints against each other.

4.Recording the said submission, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
