Prayer : This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 09.12.2022 passed in I.A.No.4 of 2022 in O.S.No.329 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif's Court, Tiruchirappalli, and allow the present Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a separate application for amending the description of property and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. It is seen from the impugned order that the learned trial Judge, without considering the merits of the proposed amendment, has specifically given liberty to file a separate application for amending the description of property.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is 2/4

dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
