Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to give his objections to the impugned notice. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to give his objections to the impugned notice within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
