The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order dated 09.12.2024 passed in C.A.No.28 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Kumbakonam and confirming the order dated 05.12.2019 passed in C.C.No.140 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Papanasam.

3. Mr.D.Selvanayagam, learned counsel for R1 to R6 and Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate for R7, have stated that they have no objection to allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 28 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.
