The petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.5 & 8, in Crime No.132 of 2013 , on the file of the 1st respondent police. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., in which they are seeking relief to quash the above said FIR as against these petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions would submit that on 10.05.2013 itself, the said FIR was closed as 'mistake of fact'.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, the prayer sought for in this

petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
