This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.263 of 2022 dated 30.09.2022 pending 1/4

on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Ramanathapuram and the same is taken on file by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate in CC No. 435 of 2023 on 21.06.2023.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds.
