ORDER:- This Writ Miscellanous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.A.Ganesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.V.Panneer Selvam, Advocate, for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

"The petitioner, with a grievance that he has not been called for an oral test in the year 2022, has filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.(MD)No.18593 of 2022.

2. Since there was no representation for the petitioner on 17.10.2024, 24.10.2024 and 25.10.2024, this Court, by order dated 25.10.2024, dismissed the writ petition for non-prosecution. Therefore, the present petition is filed for restoration.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since he was help up at Chennai, he was not in a position to appear before this Court. He also undertakes to appear before this Court on 05.12.2024.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, 2/3

this petition is allowed and the writ petition is restored on file.
