PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Sub Judge, Thirumayam to dispose the Original Suit in 549 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Judge, Thirumayam in a time bound manner as fixed by this Court and allow the same and to pass such other orders as this Court. ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.549 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Thirumayam within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the suit in O.S.No.111 of 2006 was filed by the respondents 1 to 6 herein against the respondents 7 to 11 as against the petitioner for the relief of injunction. In the suit, the defendants entered appearance and contested the case. The only intention of the plaintiff is not ready to contest the case and the same is pending for 18 years. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. 2/5

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Sub Judge, Thirumayam, to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Thirumayam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.549 of 2023 pending on his file, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
