3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that at the relevant point of time, the petitioners are doing duty in some other case.

4. This is a matter for investigation. This Court cannot take into the above issue at this point of time. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
