2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23 of 2023, dated 05.08.2024, wherein, it is seen that closure report has been filed as further action dropped in Crime No.153 of 2022.
