The petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.2 & 1, in Crime No.4 of 2012, on the file of the 1st respondent police. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., in which they are seeking relief to quash the above said FIR as against these petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions would submit that on 14.05.2015 itself, the said FIR was closed as 'further action dropped'.
