ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to call for the records relating to the C.C.No.12 of 2009 pending on the file of the learned Chief Magistrate No.I, Madurai and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.This is a case of production of false certificate by the petitioner.
4.The complaint has been given after getting verification of the certificate produced by the petitioner, by the Education Authorities as it was stated that the certificates are not true and genuine. 5.Both the counsels tried to make their submissions on merit. The only question is as to whether the certificates produced by the petitioner are genuine or not. A proper procedure is followed or not, will have to be decided only at the time of trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
6.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that P.Ws.1 to 3 have already been examined in chief. 7.Considering the above said submissions, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings initiated against the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 8.However, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with before the trial Court, unless and until it is specifically required by the said Court.
