Heard both sides.

2. The petition-mentioned land belonged to the petitioner. Acquisition proceedings took place. When the petitioner was minor, his mother is said to have given consent. Compensation is yet to be paid. The respondents propose to hold an enquiry on 22.11.2023 at 11.30 a.m. On the said date, the petitioner shall be present in the office of the fourth respondent. Award shall be passed within a period of three weeks thereafter. The award amount shall be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of two weeks after passing of the 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.27365 OF 2023 award. The petitioner can very well receive the same without prejudice to his claim to seek higher compensation.

3. This writ petition stands allowed on these terms. No costs.
