ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.This writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to defreeze the petitioners Current Account No.201003069425 in M/s.IndusInd Bank. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the disputed amount is Rs.45,469/-(Rupees Forty Five Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Nine only). In view of the same, permitting the bank to mark a lien over that particular amount of Rs.45,469/-(Rupees Forty Five Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Nine only), the 1st respondent is directed to defreeze the petitioner's account number mentioned supra.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
