Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in this case totally five accused and that the petitioner is arrayed as A5 and on completion of trial, except A1, all the other accused were acquitted in C.C.No.1 of 2011 by the learned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No.II, Tirunelveli, by order dated 30.12.2013 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

2.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
