ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.37 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.12 of 2023.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy through the appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved over the contentions of the final report. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
