2. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that both the parties were re-united through Mediation conducted at Sub Court, Kancheepuram.
3. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the bundle, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
