ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the CSR No. 275/2024 dated 05.05.2024 and CSR No. 615/2024 dated 31.08.2024 pending on the file of the second respondent police and consequently take action on the petitioner complaint given before the second respondent dated 17.11.2024

2. The petitioner has sent a representation on 17.11.2024, but no action has been taken, hence the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner and rival party CSR No. 275/2024 dated 05.05.2024 and CSR No. 615/2024 dated 31.08.2024 are pending for enquiry and the respondent has summoned both the parties for enquiry and both the parties were directed to appear, hence the enquiry is kept pending.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent police for enquiry 2/5

on 06.12.2024. The respondent police to enquire the petitioner and ensure the presence of the rival party on 06.12.2024 to complete the enquiry.

5. In view of the same the petitioner and the rival party are directed to appear for enquiry on 06.12.2024 before the respondent police and on their appearance the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
