JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by J.NISHA BANU, J.) Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Maheswaran, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent.
2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Appeal is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.This writ appeal is directed against the order of dismissal of this Court dated 21.10.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.24746 of 2024. 4.The writ petitioner was employed in the third respondent Society. Due to some misappropriation of funds and irregularities committed by the writ petitioner in loan accounts, the writ petitioner was suspended from service. 2/4
5.Since the misappropriation committed by the writ petitioner was serious in nature, the learned Single Jude, after analyzing charges framed against the writ petitioner, has rightly dismissed the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner seeking to cancel the suspension order. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge as well as with the order of suspension.
6.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
