ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.GUHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- The condition to deposit 50% of the decree amount to enjoy the interim stay in operation of the decree is not complied inspite of extending the time.
