RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition for the petitioner A3,to appear before any other police station at Ariyalur District in the evening instead of the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. vide order dated 25.11.2022 made in CRL OP(MD) No.20847 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS. VIDHYA SAGAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20847 of 2022, dated 25.11.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20847 of 2022, dated 25.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
