[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 21.06.2022, made in W.P.(MD)No.12613 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the encroachments have been removed and he has produced photographs to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if any encroachment still exists. No costs.
