ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known law. There shall be no order as to costs.
