The petition for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against those persons whose names are referred to in CSR No. 824/2025, dated 31.08.2025 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the complaint filed by the petitioner was enquired into and closed 23.08.2025. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, would submit that the result of enquiry was not communicated to the petitioner. 4.In view of the same, the respondent shall forthwith communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the result of the enquiry, it is open to him to approach the learned Magistrate for an appropriate remedy.

5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
