O R D E R

The State has preferred this Review Application to review the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.29767 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024.

2.The above writ petition has been filed by the respondents herein to direct the authorities to permit them to participate in the skill test and consider their candidature for appointment to the post of Cook, in accordance with the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA(MD) No.217 of 2023. This Court, by its order, dated 10.12.2024 has directed the review applicants/respondents to send the respondents/writ petitioners for skill test within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, this review application is filed on the ground that the respondents/writ petitioners are over aged and therefore, their candidature cannot be accepted to send them for skill test.

3.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/writ petitioners by referring to the notification, dated 28.08.2020 submits that no age limit has been prescribed for the candidates, who have completed 10th standard and above. Since the respondents/writ petitioners come under this category, there cannot be any age limit to them, as per the notification, dated 28.08.2020. 4.In view of the above, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs. The Review Applicants are directed to implement the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.29767 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024 forthwith and report before this Court on 27.01.2026. List on 27.01.2026 under the caption ''for reporting compliance''.
